The room at Casale was clean and had a great view of the surrounding mountains. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The chef was very accommodating of my vegetarian needs and whipped up a delicious special pasta dish. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and gave me a good start to the day. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable.

Some areas of the hotel were in need of updating and had poor decor. The shower cabinet felt unstable and the walls in the dining room had visible damage.

As a young family, we really enjoyed the breathtaking views and the proximity to wonderful hikes and scenery. The family-managed property made us feel right at home, with sweet welcomes and smiles. The comfortable and clean rooms provided a cozy place to rest, and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts showed a heartwarming attention to all our needs, making us feel like part of their family.

Secondly, the location was perfect, situated on a hill in a residential area with easy walking distance to two charming restaurants. Moreover, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with some offering a spectacular view of the Alps. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that was served each morning to start the day off on a high note.
