Their dedication to customer service was exceptional. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with beautiful views and a charming atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast on the terrace was delightful. I had a pleasant stay at Albergo Terminus and would recommend it to others.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was excellent being right next to the square. I had a beautiful view right in front of the lake that was extraordinary! The staff did their best to accommodate all my requests and gave exceptional customer service. The room amenities were great with heating, air conditioning, and soundproofed rooms. The restaurant and bar were perfect for in-room breakfast and dining.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the convenience of its location. It was perfectly situated, just a short walk from the main attractions and shopping areas. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious buffet breakfast each morning, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the noise from the nearby public square was quite disruptive, especially late at night.

The location of Albergo Terminus was absolutely perfect for us. We loved being just across the street from the water and docks, making it so convenient to explore Lake Como. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Duomo and all the shopping and dining options. It was a great base for our adventures in Como.

Couldn't ask for a better location! Right by the lake and close to the boat docks, with everything in the old town just a short walk away. the terrace restaurant was a favorite - delicious breakfast and fantastic views. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, opening breakfast early for us on our early departure.

The noisy air conditioning in our room, although it was easily resolved by adjusting the settings. Another small issue was the heavy and metallic hairdryer provided, making it difficult to use for those with long hair.
