During our stay at Albergo Trattoria Alessi, we were delighted by the warm and friendly atmosphere that greeted us. The location of the hotel in the heart of Desenzano was absolutely perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We were spoiled for choice with the three restaurants located downstairs, offering a diverse selection of delicious meals and an impressive range of wines. The added bonus of free parking just a 5-minute walk away was greatly appreciated. The breakfast spread included fresh seasonal fruits, and the reasonable prices made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences such as occasional Wi-Fi instability and a shortage of shampoo for long hair, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great central location with restaurants and easy access to the waterfront. the hotel offers complimentary drinks and is reasonably priced. the bustling area provided us with a lively atmosphere that we enjoyed.

Basic facilities with limited draw and shelf space, no internet in our room, and difficulties with check-out. We had to wait an extended period due to the receptionist's tardiness, even though our departure time was pre-discussed with the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the staff, particularly Oscar and Sarah, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. the room was pleasant, with new electronics and plumbing that impressed me. I particularly enjoyed the delicious coffee at breakfast. the location of the hotel was excellent, with restaurants and the ferry terminal conveniently nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had a whole flat to myself, complete with a bedroom, en suite, sitting room, kitchen, and terrace with a beautiful lake view. It was a shame that I could only stay overnight and couldn't fully enjoy all the amenities.

This hotel in the old town is a little gem! The spacious triple room was well-equipped with a TV, bathroom, and air conditioning. Despite not having a view, the hotel's central location in the heart of the city made up for it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was a great way to start the day.

I stayed at a lovely hotel in Desenzano with a great location in the very centre. The breakfast was served in a peaceful alley, where I could enjoy my meal in peace. It was so convenient to walk to the lake and catch the ferries to explore the beautiful area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. it was a wonderful experience.

The carpet in the corridors was stained and could use some cleaning.
