The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was comfortable and spotless. The location, close to Villa Borghese and the park, was perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us.

The morning meal could have been improved by ensuring that the water was hotter for brewing tea.

The staff at reception went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Despite the rainy weather, the hotel was able to rebook our Segway tour for us, making it hassle-free. The rooms were elegant and matched the hotel's overall aesthetic. Despite some reviews mentioning noise, we didn't find it to be an issue. The breakfast was lovely, and the bar staff were attentive. We took full advantage of the courtesy bus during our stay and were impressed with the smoothness of our departure. We would definitely return to this hotel, especially in better weather.

My recent stay at Aldrovandi Villa Borghese was absolutely fantastic. I stayed for 4 nights and it was the perfect retreat. The room was impeccably clean and I loved the daily fruit selection. The hotel's shuttle service made it so convenient to explore the city center. The highlight for me was the beautiful garden with its inviting pool - a true oasis. The breakfast was amazing, with the best blueberry muffins and custard donuts I've ever had. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate me, especially for my young children. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The staff was charming and helpful, always greeting us and suggesting local trattorias. the rooms were clean and classic Italian with beautiful bathrooms. the pool was amazing, with chaise lounges, fluffy towels, and attentive attendants.

The 4th-floor corridor carpet had a musty smell and water stains, possibly from pool guests. the early morning noise from cleaning staff and other guests in the corridor was annoying.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the main tourist spots in the city, with many of them within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities, including the pool and bar areas, were amazing. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a great variety of choices. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the main shopping and restaurant areas. One of the best aspects was the efficient shuttle service that made getting around much easier and more convenient.

The attitude of some of the front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which put a damper on the overall experience. the hotel itself was in need of a major renovation, as it looked outdated and worn.

I was initially disappointed to discover missing items of clothing after leaving the hotel. However, after contacting Aldrovandi Hotel, they promptly found and returned my belongings, showing their attentiveness to guest needs. The garden and pool area were also highlights, along with the efficient shuttle service into the city center. I had a lovely stay at Aldrovandi Villa Borghese.
