The apartment was exceptional, with fine detail and plenty of light. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and the cruise center.

The kitchen could have been better equipped with a toaster or mini microwave, and there could have been more crockery and cutlery for eating in. We also experienced some noise from the neighbors above and beside us, which was a bit bothersome.

The location is unbeatable, with the hotel situated directly in the pedestrian zone, just a short walk from the main square, the train station, and the beautiful lake. The room is spacious and well-decorated, with a roomy bathroom and a balcony that offers stunning views. The hosts are welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect, providing little touches like fruit, water, and pastries. The speedy Wifi is an added bonus.

It would've been nice to have a daily maid service included in the price.

We had a fantastic stay at a wonderful property. the location was perfect, situated on a lively street filled with bars and restaurants. the modern home provided us with comfort, security, and an unforgettable experience. the hosts were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth, with great communication and recommendations for local restaurants. the room itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities including a smart TV with Netflix. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Como.

Everything was spot on.

Fantastic location in the heart of the town, close to everything you need. Cleanliness was impeccable, spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were top-level, with a huge shower and comfortable bed. The staff was amazing, always going overboard to ensure a comfortable stay.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
