We had a fabulous family stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, away from the busy parts of Ortigia but still within walking distance of all the main sights. We loved being so close to the water and having plenty of great places to eat nearby. The service was exceptional, with a lounge that offered on-demand tea, coffee, water, and snacks. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the seafront. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The shower plumbing in our room was a bit noisy and could use some attention.

The hotel is in a beautiful old house with stylish restoration. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good with fresh and plentiful options. The hotel is set back from the road and has a view of the sea. It is easy to walk everywhere on the island.

Our room with a view of the sea was rather small with limited storage space for clothes. The hotel restaurant opened at 8.15, which was too late for us.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast had a large variety of fresh and tasty options, including gluten-free choices for my sister who has Celiac. The staff even baked fresh gluten-free bread and gave us a special gluten-free Canoli every morning. The personal touch and smiles from the staff made it an unforgettable experience.

I felt free to seek any assistance throughout my stay, and there were no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel was exceptional! the hotel staff, from reception to the chamber maids, were all very helpful and professional. the breakfast selection was amazing, with plenty to choose from and fresh eggs cooked to order. the hotel's location was perfect, situated on the seafront and just a few minutes walk from the sights of Ortygia.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the breakfast service seemed understaffed, with long waits to get a cup of coffee.
