We loved how close this hotel was to the port, markets, restaurants, and train station. It made getting around the city so convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms and high ceilings that made us feel like we were in our own private palace.

Very close to the port: The hotel's location was ideal for our pre-cruise stay as it was only a short distance away from the port. Close to everything: We found that the hotel was conveniently situated near various amenities and attractions. Reasonably close to the cruise terminal: The hotel's proximity to the cruise terminal made it incredibly convenient for us to board our ship. The staff was amazing: The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and took care of all our travel arrangements.

This hotel in the center of Civitavecchia was a hidden gem with so much character and charm. The staff, especially Beatrice and the owner, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They even organized a taxi for us upon departure and assisted with our luggage. We loved the spacious room, perfect for our small group, and the attention to detail was evident. The breakfast, served in a common area, was delightful, with great coffee and a friendly staff member to make your cappuccino. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the town, surrounded by lovely local restaurants.

Although all was great, it would be even better if the hotel could address some noise and light issues from outside sources.

We stayed at a lovely guesthouse in a central location for a few days before our cruise. The large, unique rooms with en suite facilities were perfect. The friendly staff provided keys and passcodes for easy access, and the free WiFi was a bonus. Despite the hidden entrance, the view of the pedestrian promenade and proximity to the port made up for it. a comfortable and convenient stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an early arrival and were worried about storing our luggage, but the staff at Alibrandi Palace were incredibly accommodating. They let us leave our bags and even allowed us to check-in early if the room was available. The service was exceptional, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as some street noise and the lack of an elevator, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Noise from neighboring events: Unfortunately, during our stay, there happened to be a food fair taking place below our window. Although the hotel cannot control external events, the noise from the fair was quite loud and went on for a while, making it a bit difficult to sleep.

The young ladies who managed the place were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The location was ideal, especially for our pre-cruise stay, as it ensured a hassle-free boarding process. We were pleasantly surprised by the port city's historic treasures, delightful dining options, and friendly locals. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend this place to others and consider returning in the future if we find ourselves in the area again.

The staff was incredibly helpful and arranged private transportation for us from the airport, which was waiting for us even though our flight arrived early. The accommodations were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a wonderful mix of historic charm and modern amenities. Breakfast was satisfying, and the nearby market and supermarket made it easy to find everything we needed. it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a charming and old-world feel, with modern bathrooms that were a great touch. The continental breakfast was satisfying and I had a comfortable night's sleep. The staff, especially Jessica and Livia, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us, from helping with luggage to organizing a taxi. The location was also convenient, with plenty of cafes and the seaside nearby.

There were a few downsides to our stay. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet us and we had to wait outside for quite some time.
