I recently stayed at Allegroitalia in Turin for a few nights and it was the best hotel experience I've had so far. The hotel's entrance hall was stunning, with beautiful marble, candles, and cozy couches. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a minibar and all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom, which had both a shower and a bathtub. The book exchange program was a unique touch that I appreciated. it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted me even when they were off duty, showing genuine care and dedication. The hotel itself was gorgeous, with marble accents and candles creating a luxurious atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful bathroom that had both a shower and a bathtub. I loved the book exchange program they had, where I could swap books at the reception. The outdoor patio area was a lovely spot to relax. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff were all excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was terrific, always attentive and friendly. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to the Egyptology museum and amazing restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of windows that actually opened. The spa facilities were great, and we would definitely recommend getting a spa treatment.

One negative aspect is that spa treatment does not include access to the spa facilities.

The staff at Allegroitalia made my stay truly memorable. When I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, the receptionist went above and beyond to contact the driver and ensure its safe return to me. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to explore all of the beautiful parts of the city by foot. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Best aspects of my xmas stay were the great location, with easy access to main attractions and shopping, and the comfortable beds in the rooms. The hotel's restaurant also offered a delicious Sunday brunch that was more like a banquet.

Worst aspects of my stay were the poor service and lack of attention to detail. The front desk staff seemed disorganized and often forgot or made mistakes with requests.

Comfortable room, great location near train station and main square. Excellent staff. Interesting restaurant with reasonably priced dishes. Funny and clean "Chocolate suite" with unique decor.
