The location was convenient, right beside the ferry stop and shops. Despite the narrow alleyway, we eventually found the hotel with some helpful advice from locals. I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with shops and cafes nearby and easy access to all the main landmarks. We were especially pleased with how close it was to the water bus stop Ca'D'Oro, which made it convenient for us to take the water taxi straight to the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh eggs and fruit, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the turn-down service and the lock safe in our room.

We stayed at this charming B&B for one night as we were passing through Venice. The staff, especially Laura, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just steps away from the main thoroughfare. The room was clean and comfy, with crispy clean sheets and a lovely bathroom. We also enjoyed the little roof terrace and the great breakfast with a variety of options. a delightful stay!

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par. There were remnants of previous guests left behind, which was quite off-putting.

We had a wonderful stay at this Bed & Breakfast. The lady in charge was absolutely lovely and provided service with a smile. Our room on the ground floor was spacious and even had its own garden. The selection of breakfast items was excellent, and the coffee was made to order and delicious. We found the location to be perfect, as it was close to the Grand Canal, within walking distance of the train station and St. Mark's Square. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and we highly recommend trying the local gelateria. Despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly not noisy.

The hotel's old-fashioned charm and rooftop terrace added a pleasant surprise to my stay. Five minutes away from the Grand Canal and ten minutes away from Piazza San Marco, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring Venice.
