The location and property were amazing. Stunning views, renovated with great taste, and maintained the mountain style. Road access was a fun challenge but well-maintained. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful woodwork everywhere. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The traditional Tyrol feel was charming.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with panoramic views of the valley and mountains. the hotel's exterior and interior style created a cozy and charming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing exceptional client service. The kitchen also stood out, with every dish ordered being magnificent. The hotel's attention to detail and the overall Alpine feel added to the positive experience.

One negative aspect was that the owner was not friendly, although the rest of the staff made a positive difference.

Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing views over the valley. The woodwork throughout the hotel is beautiful and adds a traditional Tyrol feel. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for a family of four. The breakfast is delicious and wholesome, offering a great start to the day. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a wonderful stay.

No faults, everything was perfect!

The place was really beautiful, super clean, and offered breathtaking views of the valley. The woodwork all around was very impressive and gives a really warm ambiance. The staff was so welcoming and thoughtful during our stay. The food was absolutely delicious!! It was hearty traditional food that hit the spot after a long day of exploring. The atmosphere was so cozy. We had so much fun relaxing and meeting new people in the bar area. Additionally, its proximity to the ski resort was perfect.

Although I had a great time, there were a few things I think the establishment can improve. Firstly, it was difficult finding the location. Even though it was worth the effort, it might deter other potential guests. Also, the attitude of some of the staff was not so welcoming, which made for an awkward experience. Lastly, even though the room was comfortable, the lack of a sauna felt like a missed opportunity to relax after taking on the toboggan challenge.
