Friendly and helpful receptionists, lovely first impression. Restaurant and bar staff very nice, food amazing! Clean room with wonderful view from terrace. Prompt fix of small bathroom issue. Plenty of activities available at the hotel. Ski lift nearby, bus station in front. Pleased with stay, hope to return.

Great location for skiers, close to chairlift and ski buses. Well-equipped gym and good sauna for relaxation. Excellent food and service in the restaurant. Clean and comfortable room with good amenities.

Great view from the room and clean facilities. the location was perfect for skiing and had easy access to slopes. the food was good with variety of options.

The noise level was unbearable as the walls were thin and you could hear everything going on in the next room. the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I have some dietary restrictions, but the chef went above and beyond to cater to my needs and even prepared a special meal just for me. The level of attention and service was truly exceptional.
