The room was clean and fully equipped with amenities like a TV, fridge, and hair dryer. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we understood everything and providing suggestions for restaurants and nearby attractions. Their English was excellent, which was a bonus for us as we don't speak Italian.
