The location is perfect for exploring Umbria. The well-kept grounds and amazing swimming pool are enjoyed by both adults and children. The staff, especially Carla, is friendly and helpful. Carla made our wedding anniversary special with flowers and a romantic breakfast. There are many great restaurants in the area, just ask Carla for recommendations.

The pool area was stunning and provided a great place to relax and soak up the sun. There were plenty of sunbeds available and the Jacuzzi was a nice addition. the large room with a kitchenette was very convenient and the private outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying breakfast or aperitifs. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that towels were provided daily and offering a delicious lunch option by the pool.

One of the main drawbacks was the lack of local information and a map in the apartment. It would have been helpful to have had details of nearby supermarkets and restaurants, as well as a map of the surrounding area.

We had a peaceful and relaxing 18-day vacation at Anna Boccali Resort. The pool and outside space were lovely, and Carla and her daughter went above and beyond to make our stay happy. They even provided amazing gluten-free and vegan breakfast options. The building and rooms were beautiful, and the resort is conveniently close to supermarkets.

I had such a delightful stay at Anna Boccali Resort. The whole building was beautifully designed and the rooms were impeccably clean. I particularly enjoyed the pool area, it was so refreshing and relaxing. The hotel manager, Carla, was so kind and accommodating, she truly made our stay special.

The limited choice and slow service left much to be desired. Additionally, the train passing by the hotel made it a bit noisy at times.

The room was spacious and well, equipped with a kitchenette and a private outdoor seating area. the air conditioning provided much, needed relief from the hot temperatures outside. the swimming pool area was clean and well, maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available.

The breakfast was not up to expectations. It consisted of a breakfast box with the same items every day, lacking variety.

The pool was fantastic, spotless, and never busy. The apartment was spacious, modern, and had great character. Great water pressure in the shower and cleaned to a high standard. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Close to plenty of good restaurants and towns to explore.
