They assisted us with our check-in and check-out process and provided us with useful information about the hotel and the surrounding area. the hotel itself was lovely, with clean and spacious rooms. the bathroom even had a jacuzzi bathtub, which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options including fresh pastries and a warm and cold buffet. the location of the hotel was convenient, just a short walk from the M1 station.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Milan, with an excellent location. It was very easy to get into the city using either the metro or tram, and we also enjoyed exploring the lively canal area. The hotel provided us with a smart phone that we could take out with us, which was incredibly useful for finding our way around and making free phone calls back to England. The wifi was also excellent, and the beds were very comfortable with lovely bedding. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great variety, including options for gluten-free and low-calorie diets. we were very impressed with our experience at C-Hotels Rubens.
