I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel tucked away in a quaint town. The attention to detail was impeccable, with each room individually themed and filled with character. I especially loved the rooms with huge fireplaces, they added such a cozy and warm atmosphere to the stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, providing excellent service with wonderful little touches. Breakfast was a highlight as well, with a plentiful and tasty spread that surpassed any I've had in other hotels.

The property is unique and extraordinary. The owner is helpful and speaks perfect English. The breakfast is delicious with homemade pastries. The hotel is full of interesting stuff. The host is exceptionally helpful. The breakfast is the best I've ever had. Francesca is accommodating and pleasant. The hotel captures the essence of a Tuscan city.

Great stay during Christmas in Tuscany, the warm hospitality of the hosts made our stay enjoyable. Excellent dinner, and a good selection of local wines. the location of the hotel was perfect for visiting nearby cities, railway station at a short distance. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The hotel lacked an elevator, which made it a bit difficult to carry luggage up to the higher floors. Wi-Fi, while free, wasn't always reliable in some parts of the hotel.
