We loved the friendly, professional staff who spoke excellent English and provided great recommendations. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and tram 16. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, where we marveled at the famous Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh, while the air conditioning provided much-needed relief from the hot temperatures. the hotel provided a beautiful and clean environment for our stay.

The hotel interior was exceptional and very aesthetically pleasing. The room was spacious and had modern bathrooms. The location was ideal for visiting nearby Santa Maria delle Grazie and the famous Last Supper. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel! The room was perfect with a big bathroom and a cozy couch to relax on. The little garden right outside was a nice touch as well. But my favorite part had to be the breakfast. The friendly barista made excellent coffee to order and there was even real espresso coffee included! And the best part? The hotel's location on the tram route made it very easy to get to the Duomo quickly.

The breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly. The location was great because it was close to all the attractions, and we could walk to everything. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided in the room.

Our stay was not as enjoyable as we expected. The noise level was unbearable, keeping us up all night.
