Our stay at Appia Antica Cottage was like a dream. Federica and Andrea were very welcoming and helpful, offering us a glass of wine and chips upon arrival. They provided great tips and information about the property as well as personal stories. The well-maintained gardens and pool were a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The separate kitchen was perfect for alfresco dining. The location was convenient with a nearby bus stop and supermarket. We will definitely return and have recommended it to friends. We had a truly amazing experience at the Appia Antica Cottage. The property is nestled in a serene green area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was easy to reach the main attractions as there is a bus station conveniently located just outside the villa. The hosts, Andrea and Federica, were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. We felt warmly welcomed and taken care of. Plus, let's not forget about the three adorable and fluffy dogs that added an extra touch of joy to our stay!

The lovely garden, peaceful atmosphere, and easy access to the Appia Antica historical walk make this place perfect for a relaxing vacation.

I had a fantastic time at a charming cottage just outside of Rome. The hosts, Federica and Andrea, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The cottage had a beautiful garden and a refreshing pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and the picturesque Via Appia Antica just a short walk away. The local restaurants served delicious, authentic food, and I even had the best pizzas delivered to the cottage. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a peaceful and enjoyable stay near Rome.

The rooms are comfortable, and the owners go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome with homemade treats and a private parking area.

The room facilities could be more updated, but this was not a priority for the guests.
