Super central location, friendly staff, comfy bed, great room with terrace views, good price deal, close to Uffizi Museum.

Our stay at Aqa Palace was absolutely wonderful! The location in the heart of the city made us feel like we were truly experiencing Florence. The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and felt like our own home. Plus, the breakfast at the nearby bar was delicious and offered a nice selection. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. Despite being in the city center, we didn't experience any noise issues. I highly recommend Aqa Palace for a fantastic stay in Florence.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms with closet room, mini fridge, safe, and kettle. Tidy and clean with daily complimentary water bottles. Friendly staff, especially Marco and Aneta, who provided excellent communication and suggestions for places to visit and eat. Beautifully restored medieval palace, conveniently close to major attractions. Will definitely return for a romantic stay.

Some noise from the street could be heard at times.

My Easter stay was amazing! The hotel was in a key location which allowed me to explore the city easily. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help out with any questions I had. The rooms were spacious and comfy, with some even offering a stunning terrace view. I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and the fact that they gave us access codes prior to our arrival.

The only thing that could've been improved was that the breakfast options were not clear. It would have been helpful to know what was offered beforehand.
