Maria, our host, was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for places to visit in Venice. the B&B was cozy and charming, and the breakfast served in our room every morning was a delicious highlight of our holiday. the location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and bus terminus, as well as popular attractions like Rialto and San Marco. We felt well taken care of and would highly recommend Aquavenice.

The value for money at Aquavenice exceeded my expectations, with a beautiful and comfortable room. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Sta Lucia Station and close to the water bus station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information and delivering breakfast to our room at our preferred time.

I had a fantastic stay at Aquavenice. the location was great, with convenient connections to both the train and bus stations. the room was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was quiet at night since it wasn't facing the street. Maria, the lovely owner, was there to greet us and even allowed us to leave our baggage after checkout. the walk to everywhere in Venice was short and direct. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay.

the location was perfect, as it was easy to find and close to all the points of interest in Venice. the 17th century building was beautiful and full of charm. the room was spacious and immaculate, with comfortable beds and beautiful furnishings. the bathroom was also clean and the shower was great. the host, Signora Maria, was warm and welcoming, assisting us with our suitcases and providing helpful tips for exploring Venice. the breakfast, delivered to our room, was fresh and satisfying. Aquavenice provided excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this B&B was fantastic! It was very convenient to have the Guglio Vaparetto stop just a block away, making it easy to get around and to the airport. The B&B itself was beautifully decorated with a traditional feel, which added to the overall Venetian experience. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering modern amenities such as AC.

The reception area of the B&B was a bit disorganized and messy, which was not the best first impression upon arrival. Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the included breakfast, as it was not clear where or how to access it.

The location was also great, with easy access to the major sites and just a short walk from the railway station.
