The hotel is perfectly located right by the lake, offering beautiful views and easy access for water activities. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with some even having a balcony for guests to enjoy the scenery. The breakfast served is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The pillows and beds were a little hard for some guests, which may affect their comfort during the night.

We had an incredible view from our room, overlooking the beautiful lake. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were impeccable. The staff at the reception and bar were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a delicious lunch by the lake in the charming dining room. The food was excellent and the service attentive. We also had a fantastic time cycling around Monte Isola on bicycles we rented from the hotel. Breakfast offered great quality food.

We had a fantastic stay at this grand lakeside hotel. the staff were excellent and the views were simply picturesque. the hotel has been moderately well refurbished, meeting many of our requirements. the room, although a little cramped and sparse, had a stunning lakeside view that made up for it. the bathroom was spacious and had an excellent walk-in shower. the breakfasts were generous and of good quality. the bar staff were very good, despite being quite busy. the location is top-notch, right on the lakefront, and the entire hotel is modern, clean, and has great vibes.

The location was not ideal, it was hard to find and quite far from everything. the noise from the train running nearby was quite noticeable and woke us up several times during the night.
