The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome and taken care of during our stay. The receptionists were kind and obliging, and the ladies at breakfast went the extra mile to prepare coffee, tea, and warm milk for our cereals. They even provided wholemeal bread as requested, along with a great selection of Italian sweets, croissants, and fresh fruit. Despite the small breakfast room, it had a funny and cozy atmosphere. The chambermaids were also friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there is an excellent restaurant called "Arco Bistrot" just around the corner, where we enjoyed multiple delicious meals served by a friendly and witty waiter/owner.

I stayed at Hotel Arco Di Travertino for a week during my vacation in Rome. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro line A, which made it easy for me to reach the city center in just 10-15 minutes. There is a supermarket across the street and several dining options nearby. The staff was very accommodating and brought us teapots to enjoy on the lovely terrace. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was very clean and well-equipped. it was a great value for money stay.

Everything is what we need and want.

Our stay at the hotel was definitely great value for the money. We were impressed by the authentic 1900s style, which made us feel like we were staying in a real museum. The staff, while they didn't speak much English, were incredibly kind and helpful. The room itself was perfectly clean and the location was ideal, with the metro station just a two-minute walk away.
