The staff were amazing, helpful, and professional. Excellent service from front desk to housekeeping. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. Convenient central location. Delicious and plentiful breakfast, with courteous wait staff. Clean facilities and good water pressure in the showers. Safe open windows for ventilation. a truly great experience.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, making it convenient and easy to explore the nearby attractions and 3-star restaurants. The location is also easily accessible from the autostrada and is close to the motorway exit, making it a great choice for travelers on the go. The rooms are clean and well-serviced, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The toiletries provided in the bathroom were not as shown in the pictures, so we ended up using our own.

Fantastic staff, outgoing and helpful. Perfect location for exploring Vicenza area. Nice size rooms, large shower, great work table. Good lighting and nice breakfast.

I recently stayed at this place and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The staff, especially Marco, were incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and the water pressure in the showers was absolutely heavenly. I also loved the fact that I could open the windows to get some fresh air on nice days. The location of this hotel on a big road without a sidewalk was actually quite convenient for me.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The only downside I can think of is that it can be a bit tricky to navigate with young children due to its location on a big road without a sidewalk.

Excellent staff. Fine room, though a bit cramped with the extra bed. Good bathroom and excellent shower. Fresh and delicious breakfast with great coffee. Convenient access by car or bus to the city.👍

We had a great city break at this hotel. the breakfast choices were fresh and there was a great coffee selection. We also loved the helpfulness of the staff and the ease of access to the city by bus and car. Plus, having a choice of pillows was a bonus!

The toiletries were poor and not as shown in photos. the location of the hotel isn't very central - there wasn't much nearby to explore.
