This hotel is in a perfect location, close to major attractions like the People Mover for easy access to cruise ships, the San Marco area, and the center of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the canal. The staff is helpful and polite, providing great service. The continental breakfast is delicious and there are great restaurants in the neighborhood.

The pillows can be uncomfortable for some guests.

Couldn't stay longer

We loved the location of this hotel, right on the immediate outskirts of Piazzale Roma - the BEST area to stay in this city. It was away from the tourist center, but close to transport links, making it convenient for exploring Venice. The hotel was easily accessible by express bus to the airport. The breakfast provided at this hotel was satisfying, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

For us, this hotel was ideal.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the canal right outside our window allowing easy transport to nearby Murano Island. The bus station was a quick walk away, making it convenient for our arrival. The rooms were well appointed, the bathroom spacious and the front desk staff very welcoming. Breakfast was the perfect start to the day, with great coffee and delicious food.

Worst aspects of New Year Stay:

The staff were excellent, always helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is very clean and close to everything but still far enough from the large crowds. The location is ideal, with easy access to transportation and close to the airport bus and waterbus stations. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel facilities were great.
