I was pleasantly surprised by the new and modern rooms at Palazzo Del Garda & Spa. The location was perfect, close to the lake and city center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I particularly appreciated their gesture of providing a complimentary bag of snacks for our early morning checkout. The view from our lake view room was simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The room did not receive a complete cleaning every day and there were no slippers provided.

Our city trip was fantastic! The hotel was perfectly located, just a short walk from the center where we enjoyed excellent food, drinks, and shopping. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the clean and well-maintained pool area. The breakfast was superb, and we especially loved the view of the garden while eating.

The size of the room was a bit small for our expectations, and the bathroom was not very spacious. the noise levels were slightly high at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the free bikes provided by the hotel for exploring the town center. No time limit! Parking on the street was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was great, especially the made-to-order omelettes.

As youngsters, we loved the comfortable rooms and comfy beds, the amazing breakfast with fresh juice and omelettes made to order. The location was perfect for exploring Garda by foot or by car. The pool and spa were a great treat and very clean.

We also appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff, who were attentive and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options and we even had the option to have it delivered to our room at no extra charge. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend this place to everyone.
