The architecture is impressive, two floors in single room, close to the railway station and main street, excellent location. Comfortable bed, clean room, towels changed daily. Nearby great restaurants recommended by staff. Friendly and welcoming staff. Exclusive and stylish decor. Amazing breakfast with plenty of choices. art & jazz hotel exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in catania. the helpful staff, from the lady at the reception desk to the 24-hour staff on duty, made me feel welcome and provided excellent service. the hotel's convenient location near the train and bus stations allowed for easy exploration of sicily.

Breakfast could be more diverse.

I was really impressed with this hotel. the value for money was excellent - it's hard to find such great prices in this area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. They even offered to take my bags to the train station, which was a huge relief. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom and some pleasant extra touches. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great central location with easy access to all the city’s attractions. the room was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the complementary water and sweets. the breakfast was varied and included some delicious local specialties. We also enjoyed the quirky design of the hotel, which made it stand out from other hotels in the area.

The main issue was the noise level. Unfortunately, the hotel was poorly soundproofed, so we could hear a lot of noise from the street as well as from neighboring rooms.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also loved the cozy courtyard where we could enjoy a drink before heading out for the evening. the staff, especially Germana, were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending an amazing fish restaurant just around the corner and a fantastic wine bar nearby. the location was great, only a short walk to the touristy part of town and conveniently close to the Central Train Station.

The bed was a bit too soft for our liking, and there weren't enough power outlets in the room. However, these were minor inconveniences that didn't greatly affect our overall experience.
