I recently stayed in naples and found the place delightful. my expectations were exceeded thanks to the attentive staff who responded quickly on whatsapp. the superior double room was spacious, modern, and conveniently close to restaurants and shops. the location was perfect for exploring the city in just one night.

the breakfast options could be improved.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff who provided city maps and recommendations, making it feel like I had my very own local guide. My room felt like a sanctuary after long city strolls, with a super comfortable bed that ensured restful nights.

However, the hotel's location can be a bit daunting—it's tucked away in a narrow alley and requires a climb up several flights of stairs. Carrying luggage was quite a workout, so just be prepared for that before you arrive.

The suite was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. The non-touristy neighborhood offered a genuine taste of Naples, with delightful breakfast options served each morning.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky, and the stair climb to reach the elevator can be daunting, especially with heavy luggage.

The team is always friendly and eager to assist, making the stay enjoyable. I appreciated the ongoing support in discovering local dining options.

Getting to the room felt like an episode of a stair-climbing game show—who knew I’d need a map? Just don't come back too late or you might be locked out like Cinderella!
