I had an excellent stay at this lovely property in a great location. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Alessandro, was very kind and helpful. I appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottles of water, coffee, and candies in the room every night. I also liked that I could leave my luggage on the last day and that Alessandro assisted me in getting a taxi when I checked out. a highly recommended stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this accommodation. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old city and within walking distance to all major attractions. We had the most comfortable room with a clean and modern bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with helpful recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast spread was delicious and the view from our room was breathtaking. The facilities were top-notch, including a lift for easy access.

The lack of a 24-hour reception.
