The hotel offers an incredible panorama of the bay and of Etna, providing breathtaking beach views and sea views. The pool area is lovely and the private beach is just an elevator ride and a walk through a tunnel away. The staff is very friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The complimentary bus service to the city could be improved, as it tends to get full quickly and only runs once every hour, making it difficult to reach the city at times.

This hotel is situated right on a cape where it's very convenient to take a dip in the ocean or to get tanned on a private beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, always willing to help, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious. The infinity pool offers stunning views of the bay and the restaurant has outstanding vistas.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms are a bit dated.

We had an amazing time at Unahotels. The pool and beach area were fantastic, complete with a bar. The hotel itself is stunning and in a great location for exploring the nearby Taromina. We especially loved the free shuttle service and parking. The breakfast was delicious and included in our stay. At night, we took a cab back from Taromina or even used the 'ski lift' to come down. There's also a club called Panarea nearby, although we're not sure if there's always something happening there. no complaints about the hotel - it's a gorgeous place with great amenities!

During our stay at Unahotels, we were amazed by the breathtaking views of the sea from our room. The location of the hotel was truly exceptional, with the Mediterranean Sea stretching out before us. We also enjoyed the convenient services provided, such as the bus to explore the nearby areas and the elevator that took us down to the private beach. Additionally, the staff was helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to assisting us with our baby.

The location is fantastic, nestled between the rocks on the beach and up on the hill overlooking the coast. The service was top-notch with room service, car hire, and shuttle service available. The room amenities were great too with air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities.

The large balcony offers breathtaking sea and mountain views, including the incredible sight of lava flowing down Mt. Etna. Access to the pool and pebble beach is through a cool cave-like tunnel. I was blown away by the stunning location of Unahotels in Taormina. The beach and pool areas were absolutely spectacular, and the unique experience of reaching them through an elevator in a cave was unforgettable. The views of the sea and Mt. Etna from the terrace during breakfast were breathtaking. The service was excellent, especially Manuela at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us book excursions. The beach was not crowded, and the sun beds and towels were provided for free. The complimentary shuttle bus to town was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better - the views are absolutely stunning and the private beach is a real bonus. the staff are incredibly nice and made our stay even better with their happy chats and smiles. the pool area is hard to beat and the tunnel walk to both pool and beach is an experience in itself.

The hotel could use some updates as the decor is a bit dated and some of the facilities need improvement. the aircon/vent system is incredibly loud and hard to turn off, making it challenging to enjoy the sounds of the sea.
