I recently stayed at a hotel in Milan and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Unahotels were amazing - they were beyond nice and very helpful. They made me feel at home during my stay, especially Claudio and the other staff members, led by Lara. The rooms were spacious and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. The location of the hotel was central, with good transportation options and plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. The hotel was also quiet and private, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both vegan and non-vegan, and it was delicious. I would give Unahotels a 10 out of 10!
