The hotel had modern and sustainable fittings, with high-quality standards in cleanliness. the location was great, with picturesque views of the mountains and close proximity to a lake. the spa facilities were enjoyable, especially after a day out skiing.

The breakfast was a bit wasteful and not practical in terms of food consumption. Some of the other staff members lacked friendliness and engagement, with a male receptionist barely greeting us.

Nothing to fault.

We had an amazing stay at this ecohotel in the heart of the Alps. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of Mount Rosa from our balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautifully designed bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra towels and robes even after we checked out. The breakfast was a feast, and the spa facilities were just what we needed after a day of hiking.

The lack of available dining options in the town made it a bit challenging to find places to eat, but we were able to find lovely walks ourselves.

This hotel embodies luxury through sustainable amenities and exclusive facilities such as a Spa centre, sauna, and indoor swimming pool. the room advantages mirror the modern, Scandinavian interior design and are kept spotlessly clean. the massage services are top-notch, and the spa lounge was a definite highlight with its relaxing atmosphere.

There was no hotel instruction pack in the room, which made it difficult to know what was available. Although the staff was generally friendly and helpful, some were indifferent, appearing almost robotic in their service.
