The location is great for a romantic city escape, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. the breakfast had a good selection of pastries and hot drinks.

The staff were not very welcoming and seemed disinterested in helping us with recommendations or offering any extra amenities. the noise level from the street was quite high, even with the windows closed, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

Augustus Biella is a hidden gem in the heart of the city center. The location is perfect, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafes. It’s great to have everything you need within walking distance. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our trip.
