The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to access. being situated right next to a shopping mall provided convenience for meals and other amenities. the staff at the hotel were friendly and assistive in arranging transportation to the airport.

The sofa bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for adults. the directions and information regarding the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel were unclear, resulting in confusion and additional expenses for transportation.

As young families, we loved the excellent shuttle service and convenient location near the airport. The hotel is just a short train ride away from FCO, saving us time and money. The minimalistic style and cleanliness of the hotel added to our comfort. Having a mall next door was a bonus, with plenty of shopping options and food choices available. the hotel's simple comfort, affordable price, and quiet atmosphere made it a winner for us.

During our Christmas stay, we really appreciated the two complementary treats that we were given upon arrival. the location of the hotel was also convenient for us, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping centers. the staff was friendly and helpful, which was a definite plus.

the distance from the airport was greater than expected and finding transportation at night was difficult. Finally, the breakfast was lackluster and did not offer much variety.
