Mind-blowing hosts who let us check in early and offered a jaw-dropping welcome with cappuccino and homemade cake! Super comfortable bed and immaculate room. Great value for money, located 5 minutes from the center for easy sightseeing. Exceptional breakfast. Lovely clean and well-equipped room. Charming and unpreturbed host who catered to our delayed arrival. Understated class with excellent facilities. Thoroughly charming hosts.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help and provide recommendations. the location was perfect, with the main attractions just a short walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Another advantage was the 24-hour reception, which was convenient and gave us peace of mind knowing that someone was available at any time.

The breakfast timing. As travelers, it would have been better if breakfast was served earlier in the morning, maybe starting at 7 AM. it would have been great if there were more options for breakfast, as it felt a bit limited.

When we arrived at B&B Relais Paradise, we were warmly greeted by Paolo, who offered us a refreshing drink. We were lucky enough to choose our room as we were the first to arrive, and each room was uniquely decorated with impeccable taste. The furnishings were of exceptional quality and everything in the room was spotlessly clean. In the morning, we enjoyed a typical Italian breakfast with freshly baked pastries by Laura, along with options like French toast, jam, yogurt, and great coffee. The property is located in a quiet side road, with a lovely garden and parking available. It's just a short walk to the tower and a convenient bus ride to the central train station. We used this B&B as a base for exploring other places like Lucca, Florence, and Viareggio. our stay was amazing and we highly recommend this place.

I stayed at B&B Relais Paradise for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The staff, Cristina and Carmen, were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. The hotel is in a great location, just a short 10-minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the city center. The rooms were modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The hotel also offers air conditioning and a fridge, which was convenient. the service and amenities provided by B&B Relais Paradise were excellent.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
