The location of the B&B is great - not far from downtown and close to the railway station. The rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms, and the hosts are friendly and attentive. The breakfast is delicious and the wifi is fast. The B&B offers good value for the price, and is a convenient choice for travelers with luggage as it is easily accessible without needing an expensive water taxi.

The location of this B&B was absolutely perfect - it was close to everything and I felt safe walking around even as a single woman. the hosts were very nice and helpful. One great advantage was the strong Wi-Fi signal, which was really important to me during my stay.

There were a couple of things that I didn't enjoy about my stay. the room was quite cold at night and the heat was not turned on even when I asked.

If you're looking for an authentic Venice experience, I highly recommend this place.

The location was ideal, being close to the train station and within walking distance of the center. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, with freshly baked cakes and a variety of options. this hotel provided excellent cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and a convenient location close to the center.

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The owner was wonderful, explaining everything exceptionally well and being very courteous and accommodating. The location was awesome, away from the usual tourist spots and in a lovely Venezian setting. We found great restaurants and a supermarket just over the bridge, and the Rialto Bridge was only about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel's close proximity to the train station and grocery store made it very convenient. The room was spacious and cosy, and the lounge/breakfast area was nice. We felt like we were living in a real Venetian house. The staff provided a good breakfast with great fresh juice and coffee.

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming B&B. Located in a quaint residential area, it gave us a true taste of the local life in Venice. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, providing us with all the comfort we needed. We loved exploring the peaceful streets on our way to the main sights, getting lost and finding our way back to the hotel was an adventure in itself. And the best part? We discovered amazing cafes serving delicious espresso for only 80 cents! Such a steal compared to the expensive tourist traps near the famous landmarks. We also appreciated the helpful tips on where to find affordable meals, like grabbing a panini and antipasti from the supermarket. The only downside was the shared bathroom, but it never posed a problem during our stay. we had an incredible time and would highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience in Venice.

A 5-minute walk from the train station, B&B San Giacomo Venezia was a convenient choice for our stay in Venice. The rooms were well maintained and the breakfast was delicious, providing a great start to our busy sightseeing days. Despite being a B&B, the place offered good value for money. I would recommend this accommodation for a pleasant stay in Venice.

I had a wonderful stay at this old Venetian accommodation called San Giacomo. the lady owner was very welcoming and made me feel at home with her warm hospitality. the room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely ambiance. the breakfast provided was nice, and I particularly appreciated the accessible electric tea kettle in the central area. the location of the B&B was also great, being near the Santa Lucia Train Station and the Vaporetto Water Bus Station. This made it convenient for me to explore Venice by hopping on and off the water buses. I highly recommend this B&B to fellow travelers.
