One of the negatives was that it could get a bit noisy in the evening due to the central location. However, the reception had earplugs available to help mitigate the noise.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a pleasant experience. Two complimentary facts offered: the hotel staff was accommodating and welcoming, they even provided complimentary snacks which was a nice gesture for the holiday season. the hotel's location was also a plus as it was in close proximity to many popular tourist spots. One more advantage was the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel lobby, perfect for spending time and enjoying the company of loved ones.

The bed was uncomfortable, we had trouble sleeping every night, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. the towels were not changed regularly and the room cleaning was minimal.
