The room at B&B Venice was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely new shower room and plenty of wardrobe space. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from the San Stae vaporetto stop. The owner provided excellent communication and customer service, making our stay enjoyable.

The location of this B&B is fantastic. It is very easy to get everywhere from here as the vaporetto station is just a 1-minute walk away. it is right by a boat station and very close to the water bus. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The bathroom could use some improvement. The shower edges were not properly cleaned and could benefit from a thorough scrub.

The B&B Venice 1964 in Venice was a gem! Strategic location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, excellent air conditioning, and a convenient mini kitchenette. The owner provided helpful advice and even offered a luggage storage facility. The location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions and a minute walk to the Vaporetto stop. a perfect place to stay in this magical city.

The room was bigger than expected, with a super big shower and double size bed. The small kitchenette in the room was cool, with a microwave and fridge. The location was great, within walking distance of the Rialto bridge and close to lots of restaurants.

The check-in process was a hassle, as we had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish cleaning our room. The owner was not present during our stay and the communication was lacking.

The room was clean and cozy, with a kettle, instant coffee, tea, and sugar provided. The fridge was spacious enough for cold cuts, milk, drinks, and snacks. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the water bus, and the host gave us a map and recommendations for the best attractions.

The small kitchen area with a microwave and fridge was a nice addition, even though we didn't use it. the location was excellent, with a water bus stop just a short walk away, providing easy access to the main attractions.

We noticed a few ants around the sink in the kitchen area, but it was manageable by simply closing the closet door. the WiFi signal upstairs was not very strong, but it wasn't a major inconvenience for us as we didn't rely on it much.
