We had a great time at a charming B&B in a fantastic location. The short walk to the leaning tower of Pisa was a breeze. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Though there were a few minor inconveniences, like low water pressure and tight parking, they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly atmosphere.

Loved the 24-hour reception, so convenient for all my late-night needs. Also, the WiFi in the common areas was a real treat, gave me plenty of time to scroll through social media while waiting for my luggage to be stored. And let's not forget the TV in the common areas, the perfect solution to avoid awkward small talk with other guests.

Oh, and who needs a lift, anyway? I mean, climbing stairs with heavy suitcases is just my idea of a fun workout.

Fair location, 13 min walk to restaurants, leaning tower, and aqueduct. Good space for 2 adults + 2 kids. Receptionist helped with airport taxi. Friendly staff.

I stayed at Villa Primavera for two nights to explore the nearby attractions. The hotel had chilled cold water available in the lobby, which was a refreshing treat. Our room also had air conditioning, keeping us cool during our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with a quiet room as per our request. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the leaning tower. For the price, the hotel offered great value and had a charming Tuscan vibe. it exceeded our expectations!

My stay at this B&B was a life-saver! After a cancelled flight, we desperately needed accommodation and this place came through. The location was great, with secure parking and friendly staff. The hotel itself was immaculate and the air conditioning worked well. Although we didn't have much time to explore, I could tell it was conveniently located near the tower. The breakfast was simple, but satisfactory with croissants, melba toast, jams, coffee.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my Easter getaway. It was situated in a busy street but surprisingly there was no traffic noise in my bedroom. The hotel was within walking distance of the famous landmarks, allowing me to easily explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt welcome throughout my stay.

The breakfast provided was quite limited, lacking fresh fruits, yogurt, and cereals. the lack of wifi was a drawback.
