The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of freshly baked breads, pastries, cured meats, and cheeses.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with nice extra touches like luxurious bathroom products. The location was perfect, close to all the shops and within walking distance of the Duomo. But what really made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. They were welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Special shoutouts to Francesca in the bar and breakfast room, Antonio in the breakfast room, and Sara at the reception for their exceptional service.

The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.

the hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely garden and an excellent location. the Superior rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious, offering a traditional luxury experience. the staff, from the reception to the doormen, were highly friendly and professional. the customer service was exceptional, with staff members like Francesca and Antonio going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and attended to. the breakfast, served in a beautiful lounge and garden room, was delicious. the housekeeping staff ensured the rooms were impeccably clean and well-stocked. it was a memorable stay and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Milan.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with personalized attention and exclusive amenities. the room was spacious, and the private facilities were impeccable. the staff was excellent and made sure all our needs were met promptly. We were blown away by the high-quality restaurant, bar/lounge area, and Continental breakfast. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city's historical sites and shopping district.

The only minor issue we faced was that the air conditioning was not adequate to cool the room. We had to keep the window open during the night, which was a bit inconvenient considering the street noise.
