We got great value for our money at Hotel Balestri - Wtb Hotels. The room was cozy with a nice balcony, and we had a beautiful view of the Ponte Vecchio. The location was excellent, with major attractions within walking distance. The staff was helpful and assisted us with dinner reservations and storing our bags.

The breakfast items could have been more varied.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Balestri - the perfect location for sightseeing with plenty of nearby restaurants. The recently renovated hotel has beautiful decor and amazing views of the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had enough plug sockets and USB charging points. The breakfast was generous and the service staff were efficient. Special thanks to Elenore for her assistance in arranging a medical appointment.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect - close to everything and right on the river with views of the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge and Piazzale Michelangelo. We could easily walk to all the main sites and even up to the Piazzale Michelangelo hill. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.

I had an incredible stay at this venue. It is perfectly situated right on the river and I was able to easily walk to all of the interesting monuments and points of interest. The service was fantastic - they offered room service, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I was pleasantly surprised to find a balcony in my room which offered a stunning view of the river. The staff here were incredibly accommodating and even went above and beyond to book a reservation at a fantastic restaurant for me.

The hotel had a great location, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. We were able to easily walk to all the main sights, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful river right outside our window. It was such a treat to wake up to such a picturesque scene every morning.

One downside of the hotel was that it was located next to a construction site, which was not visible in any of the pictures. This meant that there was some noise during the day, which could be a bit bothersome at times.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the historic center of the city. All the attractions, shops, bars, and restaurants were within a 10-15 minute walking distance. We were so close to Ponte Vecchio and were able to walk to most sights easily.

That some rooms had noise from the nearby bridge. Since the air conditioning didn't work, we had to keep the balcony doors open to cool down the room, but the noise from outside made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and despite a small bathroom, the overall experience was great. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Marco at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel was within walking distance of popular attractions and had plenty of dining options nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and exceptional service.

We had such a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the river and within easy walking distance of all the attractions in the city. We loved being able to stroll along the beautiful Arno river and take in the stunning views. It was so convenient to have everything so close by, from the Uffitzi to the charming bridge that led to the other side of the river.

Amazing views from the balcony, great breakfast buffet, and helpful English-speaking staff. Despite the construction next door, my experience was not hindered. Rooms were clean and recently renovated. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore the city of Florence.

The hotel is ideally located in a busy area with plenty of attractions nearby, including a small plaza and the picturesque Ponte Vecchio river. Guests can easily access all the major tourist spots in the city, as everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and equipped with basic amenities. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast each morning, as well as a fully functional bar. The hotel staff is friendly and quick to assist guests in any way possible.

The hotel rooms are slightly smaller than average with limited space for luggage.
