The room was spacious and at a great price. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast provided was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Basilea.

Great value, prime location, excellent breakfast. The hotel offered unbeatable value for my city break, with daily room service and a satisfying breakfast buffet. The prime location made it easy to walk everywhere, and it was located close enough to the city center to see key historic sites from my window. Plus, the breakfast was simply amazing, with a spread of fresh pastries and coffee that was perfect for starting my day on a high note.

Unpleasant smell, worn-down facilities. Unfortunately, the hotel had an unpleasant odor that pervaded throughout the hallways and my room.

The hotel is superbly located in the heart of the city and provides easy access to the historic center of town. We enjoyed strolling through the charming streets and exploring all the major landmarks within walking distance. Additionally, there are several authentic Italian restaurants nearby, where we savored the delicious cuisine and immersed ourselves in the local culture.

We did experience some noise disruptions from neighboring rooms, which occasionally disturbed our tranquility.

The front desk staff at Flom Boutique Hotel were incredibly helpful and provided us with a map and valuable tips on getting around the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to Mercato Centrale and the train station. Despite the dated decor, the hotel was safe and in a convenient area. The wifi, although not perfect, was acceptable.

The value for the money was excellent, with a clean room, convenient location, and helpful staff at Hotel Flom. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the train station and major attractions. The staff went above and beyond, even notifying us when we left behind a valuable necklace.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, offering a wider variety of options.
