Friendly staff, fantastic pool, and beautiful beach views from the balcony. Good location, just a short ride from town on the cable car. Rooms cleaned daily with extra pillows available upon request. Delicious buffet breakfast and dinner options on the terrace. Parking can be a challenge.

We were blown away by the stunning views from the balcony of this place. It was absolutely worth opting for a room with a balcony. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies. The shutters on the windows were a nice touch, as they kept out any noise and light at night. The breakfast here was to die for, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including bacon, sausages, eggs, cereals. The staff at this venue were also incredibly friendly, and the cleaning ladies kept our room spotless every day. We highly recommend staying here for a memorable holiday experience.

The cable car ride is quick and easy, only lasting about two minutes. guests can enjoy breathtaking views from their balconies and the dining room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast offers a good variety of options.

Loved the stunning view and friendly staff during our city trip! Rooms were spacious and clean, and loved having a balcony to watch the sea. Only a few minutes from the beach and cable car, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a great view of the bay. The staff, especially the reception team, were incredibly nice and kind. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach and Isola Bella, and just a short walk to the Taormina telepheric. The breakfast was delicious, with a stunning view of the sea. The hotel had a lovely pool, which was especially nice during stormy weather or when we didn't feel like going to the sea. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Bay Palace and had a great experience. The location was convenient, close to the funicular, beaches, and a supermarket. We opted for a room with a balcony and it was definitely worth it. The views from both the room and the restaurant were amazing. The staff, including the owner, were welcoming and hospitable. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the daily towel changes and mid-week bedding change.
