We had an amazing stay at Be One - Ricci Collection. the hotel is beautifully designed with Fendi furnishings and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the tourist attractions Florence has to offer. the room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the traditional Italian breakfast. It felt like having our own apartment in central Florence. We absolutely loved it!

The location of Be One - Ricci Collection couldn't have been better. It was just a short 10-minute walk from the train station and we could easily walk to all the attractions in Florence. As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, we were greeted by Republic Square. Despite being in the heart of the city, it felt like a peaceful and quiet street when we returned from a long day of sightseeing. The air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly to keep us cool in the summer heat. Speaking of the rooms, they were immaculately clean and spacious. The staff at Be One - Ricci Collection were incredibly kind, thoughtful and friendly. Every night, we were surprised with little treats like fruit and cookies or even a Tuscan recipe book, knowing that my son and I loved cooking. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and when I come back to Florence, I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city, just a short walk from all the main attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the open balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations. We loved being so close to the Duomo, Uffizi, and the Mercato. Plus, being above the Hard Rock Cafe was a fun bonus!

The noise from the street and other guests was a bit bothersome at times.

I recently stayed at Be One, a delightful hotel in the heart of Florence. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful time, arranging tickets to the Uffizi and recommending excellent restaurants. The personalized check-in experience was a nice touch, and the spacious room with its beautiful Italian styling and great view was a pleasure to stay in. The breakfast, served à la carte, offered a delicious variety of options. I can't speak highly enough about this little gem.

Totally recommend this hotel.
