The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for my business trip. It was especially close to the train station, which made it easy for me to attend conferences and meetings. Additionally, the hotel was right in the heart of Florence's historic center, allowing me to explore the city during my free time. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the bathrooms were spacious and clean.

Some guests in the neighboring room were quite rude and complained about noise levels, even when we were speaking at a normal volume. It could be due to thin walls, but this was an isolated incident and not reflective of the hotel's overall quality.
