Our Easter getaway was incredible! The hotel's upgraded suite was stunning, with breathtaking views and a spacious terrace. The attentive staff, especially Antonella and JJ, made us feel so welcomed and special. The food was out of this world, especially the fresh gazpacho and grilled fish at the poolside restaurant. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on our terrace and sipping delicious cappuccinos. The pool area was fantastic, with warm water, beautiful surroundings, and a peaceful grassy terrace for maximum relaxation. our stay was perfect, and the hotel's attention to detail was impressive.

While most of the staff was friendly, we did encounter some coldness and lack of warmth. There was a confusion with our dining experience at the hotel restaurant, and we were made to feel like an inconvenience.

Spent Thanksgiving with family at a stunning hotel with breathtaking views. What stood out was the immaculate service from friendly staff, providing one of the best Thanksgiving buffets we’ve had. the hotel provided a shuttle service that made traveling to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions easy, and the location was ideal, right in the middle of the action. And, the heated pool was a major perk, especially since it was cold outside.

The hotel’s parking lot was full, and we had to park on the street which was not only inconvenient but also slightly unsafe at night. the cost of dining and drinks at the hotel seemed a bit overpriced, even for a luxury hotel.

I am a light sleeper and I absolutely loved my stay at The Caruso. The views of the hills and sea were stunning, and the infinity pool was the best I have ever experienced. The spacious rooms and friendly staff made me feel at home. The breakfast was excellent and the pool restaurant served delicious dishes with exceptional service from Danilo.
