We got great value for our money at Alta Guest House. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony with a view of the mountains. The location was perfect for exploring the old city, and the staff, especially Elisa, were very helpful and responsive.

The breakfast items could be improved, as they were all long-life and in plastic packaging.

The apartment was well-equipped with good toilet facilities and a charming terrace. the owner was very helpful and sweet, even coming to offer wine when they mistakenly set up an extra bed. the location was great, right in the heart of the old town.

Despite the great location, there was a lot of noise at night, making it difficult to sleep. the photos of the apartment were misleading, as the actual space was much smaller and less impressive.

The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a picturesque balcony that provides stunning views of the mountains. The owner, Elsa, ensures excellent customer service and is always available to assist. The amenities provided, such as a kettle and hairdryer, make for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the guest house is conveniently located near great bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Bergamo Alta Guest House for a wonderful stay in the heart of the city.

I recently stayed at a guest house in the center of the old town with a fantastic view of the mountains. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the Piazza, and within walking distance of everything in the area. The room itself was bright, spacious, and modern, with a small kitchen and a nice balcony. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything in the apartment was new and clean. Additionally, our host, Elisa, was incredibly helpful and even booked a taxi for our early morning flight. Highly recommend Alta Guest House!

The bathroom is well-maintained and provides a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.

There is no sink in the room, which made it slightly inconvenient for washing breakfast dishes.
