Cannot find any fault.

It was very convenient for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and lifts. The room was beautiful, with a spa bath and lovely views. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. The breakfast was excellent and there was a spacious ski boot room for storing our gear.

There were some issues with noise. We were placed in rooms adjacent to a busy car park and were kept awake until 2.30 am by a party in the hotel.

We had a wonderful romantic week away in this fantastic ski resort. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the slopes and ski lifts. the food on offer was exceptional, with a Michelin-Starred Chef known for their amazing cuisine. the spa facilities were also a highlight for us, with a variety of treatments available.

We also found some aspects of the breakfast could have been better, such as the limited vegetarian options. while we had a great time, these issues did slightly detract from our experience.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had beautiful views of the mountains and was conveniently located near the Pradolago gondola.

This place is perfectly located, right next to the Pradalago ski lift at one end of town. It's just down the street from a cable car that takes you to an extremely beautiful mountain area. The slopes are also very close, which is great for convenience. The service here is top-notch, with room service and bicycle hire available. They even have medical facilities on-site, which is a nice touch. I also appreciated the laundry service and the welcome drink upon arrival. The staff here is friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a beautiful mountain town. The location of this place was absolutely perfect for someone like me who loves skiing. It's just a stone's throw away from a cable car that takes you right into the stunning mountain area. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The staff here were incredibly nice and helpful, from the moment I entered the hotel to the servers in the bar and dining room. They made me feel welcome and were always there to assist whenever I needed something. The room I stayed in was spacious and had amazing views of the mountains. I also appreciated the little touches, like having tea making facilities in the room. my experience here was truly wonderful.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The staff were friendly, the location was superb, and the room was very nice.
