The staff went above and beyond to provide helpful information about Rome, including giving me a map and showing me where the nearby bus stops are. I was pleasantly surprised when they provided a tray with tea, coffee, and other treats upon request. The service was exceptional, with all the staff being polite and welcoming. The daily-changing restaurant menu offered delicious options, especially the pasta, salads, and vegetables. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with the best coffee I've had in a long time. The rooms were clean and spacious, each with a balcony, adding an extra touch. The hotel's location, although a half-hour bus journey from Rome, was well-connected with bus stops right by the hotel. The helpfulness of even the bus drivers made exploring the city easier. And nearby, there was a fantastic pizza restaurant to satisfy any cravings. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and exceptional service.

I recently stayed at Best Western for one night before my flight home. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was of good quality. The underground garage parking was secure enough for my motorcycle, and the €10 per night fee was reasonable. The air conditioning in the room was effective, allowing us to keep the windows closed and block out traffic noise. The room itself was spacious and had ample storage space. The breakfast provided was great, although we opted not to take the packed lunch option. The hotel was also conveniently located around a 25-minute drive from FCO airport and within close driving distance to nice beaches.

It is a practical and convenient choice for those arriving late at the airport or needing to catch an early morning flight.
