We recently stayed at Best Western in Sorrento for a few nights to enjoy the beautiful coastline. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a stunning view of the water. The location of this hotel is stunning if you want to be a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city and want nice views. It is superb, set high and surrounded by tree-lined hills with west-facing views across the Bay of Naples. The pool area speaks for itself as the hotel is blessed with a great pool and bathing area which is a peaceful retreat after the noise of the city. The service here is top class-knowing all about the best options for tours like Capri, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Amalfi, train times. They even put on a gala dinner which is so entertaining and all the waiters and kitchen staff join in, making so much effort to make it so special.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and the shuttle service was reliable and on time every hour to town and back. We especially appreciated that they came out to collect just us on the last day the hotel was open for the season. The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area, just 3km from the main town. The views from here are stunning if you want to be a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The pool area is fantastic, with heaps of sun lounges for everyone to relax on. The staff were extremely cordial and helpful, and we would like to take the opportunity to thank all the staff from the maids up to the chefs, but especially Antonio, Nello, Marcello, and all the receptionists. Their exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.

our honeymoon in sorrento was magical, but Best Western made it even more special. the staff was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces, the room was clean and spacious with a stunning view, and the complimentary breakfast was beyond amazing. we can't wait to visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western. Mr. Antonio and the rest of the staff were always polite and helpful throughout our time there. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop right in front, and they also provide a shuttle to the city center. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. The breakfasts were great, and the pool area was clean and never crowded. We also enjoyed the hourly shuttle to town.
