The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the historic center of the city. The interior of the hotel was clean and nicely decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. The breakfast offered was good and provided excellent value for money. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and directions for our city tours. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, which were clean and equipped with a nice bathroom, even though the furniture had a slight old-fashioned charm. The breakfast served each morning was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious local pastries and products.

the location couldn't have been better, with many main attractions within walking distance. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. My single room on the 5th floor was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I even received a pot of jam as a gift, which was a nice touch. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of continental and Italian food, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

During Christmas my family and I visited a hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. the hotel staff provided complimentary breakfast and shuttle services to nearby attractions. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was walking distance to many shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the view from our window was breathtaking.

There were a few things we didn't like. the walls in the hotel were paper-thin, and we could hear the people in the next room.

The hotel's location is just perfect, being conveniently close to Plaza Ferrari and within easy reach of all the interesting places in Genoa. The rooms, especially the upgraded one on the first floor with a street view, are well designed and convenient, despite not being very spacious. The breakfast, at only 3 Euros per person, is great value for money, offering an excellent variety of pastry, "focaccia", and other treats.
