Had a great business trip at this hotel. Food was delicious and the draught beer offered was a great value. The staff was very polite and accommodating. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the swimming pool next door, which was great for a post-work swim. , the free taxi service was a lifesaver for getting around.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic due to the busy morning rush. Only having one coffee machine made it difficult to fully enjoy breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Monastery and historic battlefields in the area. Angela, the receptionist, provides excellent customer service and is very friendly.

The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food choices. Ivana, the server, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and she made excellent recommendations. The hotel's location was also excellent, close to amenities and just outside the center of Cassino.

I got great value for my money at Best Western Hotel Rocca in Cassino. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of Monte Cassino from my room.

When our pre-booked tour got canceled, she arranged a taxi tour of the monastery and military cemeteries, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff at this hotel are a credit to Best Western.
